Get outside. Appreciate nature. Hike. Garden. Visit a park. Plant some herbs. Plant a tree! Feel the cool breeze on your face, the sun shining down on you, hear the fresh sounds of water flowing, feel the strong, cool, earth beneath you feet. WE ONLY HAVE ONE PLANET (for now) so RESPECT HER!

lately I’m talking to trees
and find that they’re answering me
I can hear whispers in rustling leaves
speaking of secrets no one can see

as i plunged into the watery deep
